Zac is the Salesteam Manager at both our Richland and Kalamazoo offices. Since joining the team in 2020, he’s been helping customers with Home, Car, Business, Life, and Disability Insurance.
He and his wife Kristara, along with their three daughters—Brooklynn, Zoey, and Eliana—have really enjoyed becoming part of this vibrant community. Before moving to Kalamazoo, Zac lived in Union City where he spent two years as the Head Varsity Football Coach.
Zac’s love for coaching continues today as the Head Coach for the 13U softball team with Diamond Disciples. He’s passionate about helping athletes grow and building strong team spirit. But most of all, Zac loves spending quality time with his family.

Logan is a dynamic member of the Lance Greer State Farm agency and has been with our team since May 2023. He earned his associate degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and is currently working toward his ChFC designation with the American College.
A big sports fan, Logan’s loyalty to MSU brings plenty of fun rivalry to the office during football season. He and his wife Faith were married in November 2025. In their free time, they enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, hunting, and hanging out with friends and family.

Becky has been with the Lance Greer team since 2021. She worked in a State Farm office many years ago and loves helping people with their insurance needs. She is licensed in auto, home, renters and business insurance and is a big proponent for Life insurance after losing her late husband suddenly to a heart attack. “State Farm took care of our family during the hardest time of our life”, she states. Becky enjoys family time with her blended family of 7 kids. Her and her husband Jack also enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing and playing golf when they get the chance.
